A Century in the same canyon

Long before it was Orchard Canyon, this was Garland's Lodge — and before that, a homestead carved into the bend of Oak Creek in the early 1900s. The orchards were planted by hands that are gone now. Some of the apple trees still bear fruit. The kitchen still works out of the original cabin.

Names change. The canyon doesn't. We've carried Garland's tradition forward the way the orchard carries a season — quietly, and without hurry.

The property’s cabins, originally built in the 1920s and 1930s, have been carefully preserved and updated.
