Originally the longtime residence of the Garland family during the property's celebrated years as Garland's Oak Creek Lodge, The Orchard House carries a rich legacy of hospitality, stewardship, and connection to the land. Today, guests have the rare opportunity to stay within a meaningful piece of Orchard Canyon history while enjoying the privacy and comfort of a fully appointed home.


Surrounded by orchards and positioned to capture sweeping canyon vistas, The Orchard House offers one of the most remarkable settings on the property. Its expansive deck overlooks the orchard and surrounding red rock landscape, creating an unforgettable backdrop for morning coffee, family gatherings, sunset conversations, and evenings beneath Arizona's dark skies.


Inside, the home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living area, a large central fireplace, air conditioning, and a full kitchen designed for extended stays and shared meals. Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces allow families, friends, retreat groups, and special occasion travelers to come together while still enjoying privacy and room to spread out.


For guests seeking a private Sedona vacation rental, a family reunion destination, a retreat gathering space, or a spacious home base for exploring Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona, The Orchard House offers a rare combination of history, comfort, and place.


Unlike a traditional vacation rental, guests of The Orchard House have the opportunity to enhance their stay with Orchard Canyon's renowned culinary experience. Chef-prepared breakfasts and dinners featuring seasonal ingredients from our gardens and local farms may be added with advance arrangements, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy of a home and the hospitality Orchard Canyon is known for.



Pet-friendly accommodations are available with a one-time pet fee of $75 per pet.
