Set on the edge of the lower orchard, Orchard House is a spacious and storied retreat with deep roots in the land. Once a long-standing family home on the property, it carries a sense of legacy, warmth, and continuity - now thoughtfully offered as a gathering place for guests.

Surrounded by a working apple orchard and positioned to capture extraordinary Sedona red rock views, this home enjoys one of the most desirable climates and locations in Arizona. The large deck overlooks the orchard and canyon beyond, offering expansive vistas and unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, Orchard House features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large central fireplace, air conditioning, and a full kitchen designed for shared meals and extended stays. Multiple gathering areas invite connection, while the layout allows for privacy and ease.

Ideal for families, retreats, or groups seeking a true home base, Orchard House offers space, comfort, and a deep sense of place.

Please note: Orchard House is pet-friendly with an additional one-time pet fee of $75 per pet.


Dinner & Breakfast are not included with the Orchard House, but may be added if prior arrangements are made.
