Dinner & breakfast are included in your stay, based on double occupancy.
The rate is presented inclusive of a service charge and reflects our no-tipping service philosophy. It ensures warm, attentive service throughout your stay with no additional gratuities expected.
Check-in time is any time after 3:00pm.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
Pets are allowed in cabins 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11 for an additional fee of $75 per pet.
Our $75 pet fee covers the additional cleaning required between pet stays. To help us care for our cabins, we kindly ask that you bring your pet’s own bedding and towels. Extra pillows, blankets, linens, and rollaway beds stored in closets are reserved for guest use only.
Additional guidelines:
• Maximum of two pets per cabin
• Pets may not be left unattended unless properly crated
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on property
• Please ensure pets do not disturb other guests
If linens, furnishings, or carpets require additional cleaning due to pet use, a $300 cleaning and damage fee will be added to the reservation.

Fireplace usage is approximately middle of October to early May.
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. A cabin deposit of one night excluding tax will be charged at the time of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of our small size, cancellations or date changes affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation or date change affords us little chance of rebooking a cabin. We uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit will be happily refunded if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to arrival. For Holidays cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Groups of four or more cabins cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival. After that, we regret that no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure. We strongly recommend acquiring travel insurance.
