Your All-Inclusive Stay Includes
Every cabin reservation includes:
• Chef-prepared breakfast each morning
• Chef-prepared dinner each evening
• Friday & Saturday Afternoon Refresh featuring seasonal chef-prepared tastings, freshly brewed coffee, artisan teas, and infused waters
• Full access to the orchard, gardens, meadow, walking paths, and private creek access areas
• Complimentary parking

• Service charge included in your rate as part of our no-tipping hospitality philosophy

Our goal is simple: to make your stay feel effortless so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying the beauty of Oak Creek Canyon.
Reservations & Deposits
Reservations are secured with a valid credit card.
A deposit equal to one night's lodging (excluding taxes) is charged at the time of booking.
Reservation policies in effect at the time of booking apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within fourteen days of arrival, as well as no-shows, result in forfeiture of the first night's lodging.
Reservations involving four or more cabins require additional notice of two weeks.
Because Orchard Canyon offers only seventeen historic cabins, late cancellations have a significant impact on our ability to welcome other guests. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Weather, Wildfire & Travel Insurance
Orchard Canyon is located within one of Arizona's most spectacular natural landscapes.
Occasionally, weather conditions, forest closures, wildfires, or other events beyond anyone's control may affect travel plans.
For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment.
Should unusual circumstances arise, our team will communicate promptly and work closely with guests regarding available options whenever possible.
Pet-Friendly Cabins
We welcome well-behaved dogs in select cabins.
Pet-friendly cabins include:

• Cabin 8
• Cabin 9
• Cabin 10
• Cabin 11
A one-time pet fee of $75 per pet applies.
To ensure every guest enjoys their stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
• Maximum of two pets per cabin
• Pets may not be left unattended unless crated
• Please clean up after your pet while on property
• Pets should remain respectful of neighboring guests
Please bring your pet's own bedding and towels.
Additional cleaning or damage resulting from pet use may result in additional charges.
Accessibility
We are committed to welcoming every guest.
Cabin Georgiana and Orchard House offer ADA-accessible accommodations, including roll-in showers.
If you have accessibility questions or would like assistance selecting the cabin best suited to your needs, we're happy to help before your arrival.
Dining at Orchard Canyon
Dining is one of the defining experiences of Orchard Canyon.
Each morning begins with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast, while evenings gather guests around seasonal dinners inspired by ingredients from our orchard, gardens, and trusted local producers.
Our culinary team creates menus that celebrate the seasons and the natural abundance of Oak Creek Canyon.
If you have food allergies or dietary preferences, please let us know before your arrival whenever possible. We are happy to accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice.
Afternoon Refresh
On Friday and Saturday afternoons, guests are invited to gather in the Lodge for our complimentary Afternoon Refresh.
Enjoy a rotating selection of chef-prepared sweet and savory bites, freshly brewed coffee, artisan teas, infused waters, and seasonal surprises from the kitchen.
Our full bar is also available should you wish to purchase handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, or your favorite beverage before dinner.
Your Cabin
Each of our seventeen historic cabins has its own unique personality and setting.
Depending on your cabin, you may enjoy creekside views, orchard vistas, red rock scenery, garden surroundings, fireplaces, private porches, or secluded outdoor spaces.
Every cabin includes:
• Comfortable bedding and premium linens
• Coffee and tea service
• Hair dryer
• Thoughtfully selected bath amenities
• Outdoor seating
• Heating and/or air conditioning depending on cabin type
Several cabins also include mini refrigerators.

Orchard House Guests
Guests staying in Orchard House enjoy the privacy and flexibility of a spacious three-bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen.
If you'd rather spend your vacation relaxing than cooking, chef-prepared breakfasts and dinners may be added to your stay with advance arrangements.
We're delighted to welcome Orchard House guests into the Lodge dining experience whenever possible.
Fireplaces
Wood-burning and gas fireplaces are available seasonally, generally from mid-October through early May, weather permitting.
Fireplace type varies by cabin.
