Unplug and Reconnect Wellbeing Retreat

2023 Dates

July 30-August 2

August 20-23

Our signature three-night Unplug and Reconnect Wellbeing Retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, drop daily distractions, and be with yourself, nature, and thoughtful others in a serene canyon landscape that evokes insight and promises renewal.

During the retreat you will be invited by our expert retreat guide to immerse all your senses in the natural world and listen for the inner wisdom that will guide you toward greater wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

Our outdoor pavilion above Oak Creek, fruit orchard, and gardens offer peaceful spaces full of natural sights, sounds, and smells for experiencing a curated schedule of restorative retreat activities.

You will also enjoy ample space to savor nourishing meals created by our culinary team, play lawn games, hang out with our chicken flock, bird watch, star gaze, make new friendships, or whatever else you may feel called to for replenishment.

You are welcome to attend the retreat solo and relish time to yourself, or bring a partner, family member, or friend to share a cabin and the retreat experience with.
